The Human Evolutionary Genetics research group (Lead by Prof. Toomas Kivisild) of the Department of Human Genetics at KUL has an extensive experience in working with aDNA, low coverage sequence data, imputation, phenotype prediction and tests of natural selection. KUL will serve as a source of knowledge transfer (aDNA analysis; human past inference (WP2); research suppot (WP5)) to UTARTU, while benefitting from access to UTARTU data and exchange of practices on clean labs.
