ECHO partners from KUL organised a workshop for researchers from Eastern Baltics interested in working with low-coverage sequence data (17-21 February, 2025, Tartu, Estonia).
During the course, participants got both theoretical and practical introduction to genotype imputation methods in the context of palaeogenomics data and their uses for addressing demographic history, kinship and phenotype prediction-related questions in ancient DNA studies.
