Tuuli Reisberg (Manager of Sequencing Core Facility) and Lehti Saag (Manager of Ancient DNA Facility) of the Institute of Genomics, UTARTU visited KU Leuven Genomics Core (19-20 February, 2025).
During the visit they explored KU Leuven’s highly automated genomics’ workflows, data management strategies, and project management through Venter and Project Manager platforms. They also looked into approaches to sample tracking, service pricing and IT infrastructure development.
